Very disappointed, back at the hotel after several years
Room (422) is indeed situated at sea side, however most of the view is blocked by a wall, restaurants roof and trees
There is no airconditioning and the room is hard to is ventilate; door can be opened, but the curtain block the air flow
Do not look under the bed! Looked for my pen to find out tissues and other unidentified objects there
Breakfast is sufficient, several times had to ask for missing ingredients which eventually arrived
Dinner at the restaurant was OK
personnel is friendly; online checkout is cumbersome;
All in all, moderate value for the high price
Very nice hotel, not new, but well-run and the location and the views are fabulous. Get a harbor view room if you can. The restaurant for dinner was excellent and the breakfasts were good. (More fresh fruit would be nice). If you would like a massage, book early! They fill up. There is a very convenient place to park your e-bike, complete with places to keep them charged. Staff was very friendly. Communication excellent.

Had room w sea view. Great views, very serene. Room had solid facilities, very clean and fresh. The balcony could do with fresh paint but whatever.
The hotel has a great location and we always love the views from the sea rooms! It is just a short wakl from the restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the service always great. All in all, the hotel itself is a bit outdated. There is a strange, musty smell in the rooms, which must be from the old carpets. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress worn-out. New beds would be highly appreciated. The windows are dirty, and there was a lot of dust on the window bench.
Me and my friends really liked the hotel. The location is great, 3 min cycling from the harbour, room was beautiful( we liked the cosmatic mirror in the bathroom). The breakfast were super delicious. We also used the swimming pool, was clean and warm. The only down side is the bike we rented were very slow so suggest to rent them from a store with a Rooster symbol.
Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool and a view over the marina and the Wadden Sea. Neat, well-equipped and well-kept rooms. Friendly and polite staff. And within walking distance of the harbour. E-bikes are for rent and the coffee tastes great!
I had an amazing stay at Schylge. The hotel is conveniently located on the harbour and you can easily walk there from the drop off point if you arrive by boat. Interior is nice and neat, personnel is attentive and friendly, ready to answer …
I can honestly say It was me good time to stay at hotel, for kindly request for you please check your cash check equipment because It wasnot working when we try to use. Other places I used I did not see any problem. Thank you.
